The parade association’s VIP Dinner is an opportunity to thank all of our sponsors – those individuals and companies that through their generous contributions make Scranton the biggest and best small city parade in America. At the VIP dinner we publicly announce the dignitaries (Grand Marshall, Parade Marshall, Honorary Grand Marshall, and Honorary Parade Marshall). We also offer to all those in attendance a little Parade Committee humor and give them highlights of this year’s parade. The dinner is held the Sunday before the Parade at La Buona Vita (formerly the Parish Center) from 4 to 8 pm. Recommended attire is business casual.
